Iconoclast -- New Aurora -- Recreation

The Department of Parks and Recreation is responsible for maintaining the many corporate recreational facilities within New Auroran city limits, and ensuring the quality and upkeep of our city parks. New private recreational construction is routinely handled through the Parks department, requiring safe recreation permits and CityCorp Park Inspector approval. The Parks department hires citizens over age 18 as rangers. Interested parties may contact The Department of Parks and Recreation or fill out an application at the CityCorp Administrative division.

Aridan Park contains numerous trails for walking and jogging, including two guided tours along actual transplanted segments of the Amazon Rain Forest. The world-renowned Oceans resort offers a variety of high-end entertainment. The city also maintains a golf course, the Vladivostov-Knox art museum, 2 tennis courts, a hockey arena, and a bustling Entertainment District which has been compared to Bourbon Street in the former city of New Orleans.

New Aurora is highly tolerant of religion, and unlike some corporate cities, it does not attempt to interfere with a citizen's right to worship. There are numerous houses of worship for a number of faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, and the Church of the New Fusion.
