ASA (Auroran Security Agency) -

GOTH GENEALOGY PROJECT -

HAPPY HOUSE - A volunteer-run soup kitchen and care facility in the Dirtwalk,founded in 2090 by a group of loosely-organized people (a very heterogenous group ranging from corporates to 'freelance workers' of dubious legality, from ASA officers to Neo-Punk musicians under the business name P&L Inc. Their staff is all-volunteer; their funding comes from donations and a very few grants. No one is quite sure how the initial capital was acquired; rumor has it that an extremely generous anonymous donor both purchased the premises and provided enough funding to get the organization started.

MIDAS SECURITY -

NAERT (New Auroran Emergency Response Team) - The primary Emergency Medical Services agency contracted by the city of New Aurora. Though the NAERT is not a security force, they are most well-known for policing their own EMTs, sending a Security Officer along with them for protection. Patients across the city pay NAERT through medical insurance, if they have it. If they have no insurance or money, NAERT has to by law pick them up anyway, and the hospital pays NAERT. Then the person is levied, billed or indentured to pay off the bill via a 40% lien on their paychecks.
